The Inaugural Entries into the West Michigan Advertising & Design Hall of Fame will be announced on Monday evening February 23 at The BOB - 4th Floor Eve.
Media and More Auction & West Michigan Advertising and Design Hall of Fame Awards
5 – 8 p.m.
Held at The B.O.B. – EVE, 4th floor, Grand Rapids
Hors d’oeuvres will be served. There will be a cash bar.
5 – 6:30 p.m. Reception & Silent Auction
For the Media and More Auction, the highest bidders will win items like billboards, airtime, copywriting services, ad space, creative services and collectible items like a Marilyn Monroe poster, Gordie, the Gordon Food Services chef, a 16-pack of West Michigan Whitecaps tickets and much more.
6:30 p.m. Hall of Fame Award Winners announcement
New this year is the Hall of Fame. This is a competition showcasing West Michigan's contributions to the commercial arts. The winners will be the first entrants into the Hall of Fame section on the Ad Club’s website.
7:15 p.m. Live Auction – Hosted by Scott Miedema, Miedema Auctions
Cost: $10 in advance, $15 at the door. Funds raised will go to the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts ArtWorks program for children and the Ad Club.
